Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar techniques are used on ceriter.com.

The short version: we set no cookies of our own. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies of ours. Two forms on the site are provided by other companies, and those may set cookies — we say which, and where, below.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Similar techniques — local storage, pixels, browser fingerprinting — do the same job by other means. This policy covers all of them.

Under Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, storing or reading information on your device requires your consent, unless it is strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for, or is used solely to transmit communications.

2. What we use

Strictly necessary

We do not store any cookies of our own on your device.

Whether you see European or United States pricing is determined each time a page loads, from the region your browser reports, and can be changed with the switch in the menu. Nothing about that choice is stored on your device.

Website statistics — no cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It does not set cookies and does not store a persistent identifier on your device. It cannot follow you between visits or between websites, and it does not build a profile of you.

Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required.

The order form

Our order page embeds a form hosted by Typeform. When that form loads, Typeform may set cookies or use local storage of its own — for example to remember your progress if you leave the form partway through and come back.

These are set by Typeform, not by us, and are governed by Typeform's own cookie policy: typeform.com/help/a/cookie-policy. The form only loads on the order page. If you do not visit that page, nothing from Typeform is loaded.

The contact form

Our contact form on the clinician page is provided by HubSpot, which we use as our customer relationship system. When that form loads, HubSpot may set cookies of its own — for example to recognise a returning visitor who has filled in a form before.

These are set by HubSpot, not by us, and are governed by HubSpot's own cookie policy. The form only loads on the page it appears on.

3. What we do not use

To be explicit, this website does not use:

  • advertising or retargeting cookies
  • social media tracking pixels
  • Google Analytics or any other cookie-based analytics
  • cross-site tracking of any kind
  • fingerprinting techniques

We do not sell or share information about your browsing with anyone.

4. Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this, and the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge explain how.

Because we set no cookies of our own, blocking cookies will not affect how this website works for you. It may affect the order form, which is provided by Typeform.

5. Changes

If we add anything that stores information on your device, we will update this policy and — where consent is required — ask for it before anything is stored.
