Delete your Stride One account

You can delete your Stride One account, and all the data that belongs to it, at any time.

In the app

1. Open the Stride One app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, together with all its data: your profile, your measurements and steps, your activities and the raw recordings from your insoles. The data stored on your phone is removed too. Your insoles are released, so their activation code can be used again.

By e-mail

If you can no longer use the app, write to support@ceriter.com from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject “Delete my Stride One account”. We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is kept

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for tax purposes, for the period the law sets. Measurements that were anonymised before deletion no longer identify you and are not affected; see section 8 of the Device and App Privacy Notice.
